An Act To Authorize School Boards To Implement A Financial Literacy Curriculum For Students In High School; To Amend Section 37-7-301, Mississippi Code Of 1972, To Expand The Grades In Which School Boards Are Authorized To Implement A Financial Literacy Program From Grades 10 And 11 To Grades 9 Through 12; To Remove The Authority Of School Boards To Acquire Property Through Condemnation Proceedings Or Use Of Eminent Domain; And For Related Purposes.
