Summary
An Act To Amend Section 41-4-5, Mississippi Code Of 1972, To Provide That The Executive Director Of The State Department Of Mental Health Shall Be Appointed By The Governor, With The Advice And Consent Of The Senate; To Prescribe The Qualifications Of The Executive Director; To Provide That The Executive Director Shall Appoint A Medical Director For The Department; To Amend Section 41-4-7, Mississippi Code Of 1972, To Conform To The Previous Provisions; And For Related Purposes.
