Summary
An Act To Amend Section 25-1-87, Mississippi Code Of 1972, To Authorize The Commissioner Of The Department Of Corrections The Use Of Specified Unmarked Vehicles Where Such Identifying Marks May Hinder Official Investigations; To Revise The Number Of Vehicles That May Be Owned Or Leased By The Department To Be Used By Its Community Services Division Officers; To Provide That The Department Shall Furnish To The Department Of Audit Certain Information Related To The Vehicles, Such As The Manufacturer's Serial Number Of The Vehicle, As Well As Reasons For The Necessity For Such Vehicles To Be Unmarked; And For Related Purposes.
