Summary

An Act To Amend Section 37-13-62, Mississippi Code Of 1972, To Revise The School Start Day For Public Elementary And Secondary Schools To Provide That The 2014-2015 School Year Shall Begin No Earlier Than The Fifteenth Day Of August And No Later Than The Monday Immediately Following; To Provide That Public Schools Shall Start On The Monday After The Third Monday In August Beginning With The 2015-2016 School Year; And For Related Purposes.
