Summary
An Act To Amend Section 27-39-207, Mississippi Code Of 1972, To Provide That A School District Shall Not Be Required To Advertise A Notice Of Budget Revenue Increase When The Amount Of The Increased Revenue From Ad Valorem Taxes In A Budget Is Derived Solely Because Of Increases In Property Values And Not From An Increase In The Millage Rate; And For Related Purposes.
