Summary
An Act To Require The State Department Of Health To Provide To Persons, Free Of Charge, Testing Strips Intended For Use In Testing For The Presence Of Controlled Substances Upon Request; To Amend Section 41-29-105, Mississippi Code Of 1972, To Exclude From The Definition Of "paraphernalia" Under The Uniform Controlled Substances Law Any Materials Used Or Intended For Use In Testing For The Presence Of A Controlled Substance; And For Related Purposes.
