An Act To Amend Section 47-5-933, Mississippi Code Of 1972, To Increase The Daily Fee From $29.74 To $41.00 That The Department Of Corrections Pays To Regional Correctional Facilities For The Housing Of State Offenders; To Require The Department To Include In The Contract A Certain Annual Increase In The Contract Price For Such Housing, If Funds Are Available; And For Related Purposes.
