Summary

An Act To Amend Section 75-55-9, Mississippi Code Of 1972, To Provide That When The Total Price Per Gallon Of Gasoline Listed On Any Pump Or Dispensing Equipment Is Different From The Total Price Per Gallon Of Gasoline Listed On Signs Placed On The Premises Of Any Service Station And On Signs Placed On Any Highway, Road, Street Or Alley Leading To The Station, The Seller Of Such Gasoline Shall Charge The Customer The Lowest Of The Listed Prices; To Amend Section 75-27-51, Mississippi Code Of 1972, To Conform To The Preceding Section; And For Related Purposes.
