An Act To Amend Section 27-65-17, Mississippi Code Of 1972, To Provide That Retail Sales Of Certain Equipment To A Licensed Contractor For Use By The Contractor Solely In The Business Of The Contractor For Construction Related Purposes Shall Be Taxed At The Rate Of Three Percent; And For Related Purposes.
