Summary
An Act To Amend Section 37-3-2, Mississippi Code Of 1972, To Provide For The Revocation Of Licensure For Administrators Who Serve As Superintendent Of A School District Or As Principal Of A School That Is Considered Failing For Three Consecutive School Years As Determined By The Assigned Letter Designation Based Upon The Accreditation Rating System; And For Related Purposes.
