An Act To Amend Section 37-177-21, Mississippi Code Of 1972, To Provide That A Proportionate Share Of The Residual Funds In The Education Enhancement Fund Prescribed For Use For Other Educational Needs Shall Be Appropriated For The Purpose Of Providing Additional Funding For Educational Support And Teacher Resources To School Districts With Twenty Percent Or More Of Its Student Enrollment Comprised Of English Language Learners; To Amend Section 37-61-33, Mississippi Code Of 1972, In Conformity Thereto; And For Related Purposes.
