Summary
An Act To Amend Section 37-103-25, Mississippi Code Of 1972, To Clarify That Total Tuition Does Not Include Fees For The Provision Of Law That Requires State Institutions Of Higher Learning And Community And Junior Colleges To Set Total Tuition To Be Paid By Residents Of Other States Not Less Than The Average Cost Per Student From Appropriated Funds; And For Related Purposes.
