Summary
An Act To Amend Section 37-13-91, Mississippi Code Of 1972, To Provide That When A Child Has Three Or More Unlawful Absences During The School Year, The School Attendance Officer Shall File A Petition With The Youth Court; To Provide That The Youth Court May Order Such Child To Complete 16 Hours Of Community Service, Which Must Be Completed Within 30 Days Of The Child Being Adjudicated; To Amend Section 43-21-621, Mississippi Code Of 1972, In Conformity Thereto; And For Related Purposes.
