An Act To Amend Section 45-2-1, Mississippi Code Of 1972, To Expand The Coverage Of The Law Enforcement Officers And Firefighters Death Benefits Trust Fund To Include Emergency Management Agency Personnel, Volunteer Firefighters Who Are Not Employees Of An Employer And Fire Chiefs Of Volunteer Fire Departments; To Change The Name Of The Trust Fund To The Safety Officials Death Benefits Trust Fund; To Amend Section 99-17-73, Mississippi Code Of 1972, To Conform To The Preceding Provision; And For Related Purposes.
