Summary
Act To Amend Chapter 951, Local And Private Laws Of 2023, To Authorize The Board Of Supervisors Of Rankin County, Mississippi, And The Governing Authorities Of The City Of Pearl, Mississippi, To Contribute An Amount Not To Exceed $1,500,000.00 In The Aggregate Annually To Trustmark Park; To Amend Chapter 952, Local And Private Laws Of 2023, Which Authorizes The City Of Pearl To Contribute An Amount Not To Exceed $750,000.00 To Trustmark Park, To Change The Date Of The Chapter's Repeal To The Effective Date Of This Act; And For Related Purposes.
