An Act To Amend Sections 27-7-22.23 And 27-7-22.24, Mississippi Code Of 1972, Which Provide An Income Tax Credit For Certain Taxpayers That Use The Port Facilities At State, County And Municipal Ports Equal To Certain Charges Paid By A Taxpayer On The Import Of Cargo And Require The Mississippi Development Authority To Report Annually Regarding The Impact Of Such Credit; To Extend The Date Of Repeal On Such Sections; And For Related Purposes.
