Summary

An Act To Amend Section 27-19-53, Mississippi Code Of 1972, Which Authorizes The Issuance Of Distinctive Motor Vehicle License Tags To Persons Who Are Veterans Of The Armed Forces Of The United States And Rated As Having One Hundred Percent Permanent Service-connected Disability, To Authorize The Issuance Of Distinctive Motorcycle License Tags To Such Persons; To Provide That A Motorcycle For Which A Distinctive Motorcycle Tag Is Issued Shall Be Exempt From Ad Valorem And Privilege Taxes; To Amend Section 27-51-41, Mississippi Code Of 1972, In Conformity Thereto; And For Related Purposes.
