Summary

An Act To Amend Section 19-3-41, Mississippi Code Of 1972, To Expand The Jurisdiction Of Boards Of Supervisors To Streets And Sidewalks; To Provide That Boards Of Supervisors Shall Have Power To Make All Needful Police Regulations Necessary For The Preservation Of Good Order And Peace Of The County And To Prevent Injury To, Destruction Of, Or Interference With Public Or Private Property; To Amend Section 65-7-7, Mississippi Code Of 1972, To Conform To The Preceding Section; And For Related Purposes.
