An Act To Amend Section 77-3-21, Mississippi Code Of 1972, To Require The Public Service Commission To Make A Determination Of Whether A Qualified Public Water Authority's Certificate Of Public Convenience And Necessity Shall Be Cancelled Before A Municipality May Exercise The Power Of Eminent Domain Over Water Or Sewer System Facilities In The Certificated Area; And For Related Purposes.
