An Act To Amend Chapter 951, Local And Private Laws Of 2012, As Amended By Chapter 928, Local And Private Laws Of 2013, To Revise The Amount Of Tax That May Be Levied By The Governing Authorities Of The City Of Gautier, Mississippi, From 1% To 2% Upon The Gross Proceeds Of Sales Of Restaurants And Upon The Gross Proceeds Of Sales Of Hotels And Motels Derived From Room Rentals For The Purpose Of Providing Funds To Improve Parks And Recreation Facilities For The Purpose Of Tourism And Economic Development Within The City; To Provide An Election On The Question Of Whether Or Not Such Tax May Be Increased; To Extend The Date Of Repeal On This Act From July 1, 2016, To July 1, 2020; And For Related Purposes.
