Summary
An Act To Amend Chapter 1039, Local And Private Laws Of 1999, As Amended By Chapter 940, Local And Private Laws Of 2002, As Amended By Chapter 939, Local And Private Laws Of 2003, To Authorize The Desoto County Regional Utility Authority To Acquire A Credit Card Which May Be Used By Members Of The Board Of Directors Of The Authority As Well As Authority Employees When Traveling In The Performance Of Their Duties; To Require That Certain Accounting Be Performed When Such Credit Card Is Used; To Authorize The Authority To Sell Or Lease Any Surplus Property Of The Authority; And For Related Purposes.
