An Act To Amend Chapter 862, Local And Private Laws Of 1981, As Last Amended By Chapter 906, Local And Private Laws Of 2008, Clarify The Authority Of The Economic Development Authority Of Coahoma County To Sell, Lease, Trade, Exchange Or Otherwise Dispose Of Industrial Sites Situated Within The Industrial Park Complexes Or Project Areas To Individuals, Firms Or Corporations, Public Or Private, And Governmental Entities And Political Subdivisions; And For Related Purposes.
