An Act To Amend Chapter 938, Local And Private Laws Of 2011, As Amended By Chapter 942, Local And Private Laws Of 2012, As Amended By Chapter 934, Local And Private Laws Of 2013, As Amended By Chapter 921, Local And Private Laws Of 2014, To Expand The Investment Options That May Be Made With The City Of Oxford Municipal Reserve And Trust Fund By The Trustees Of The Fund; To Provide That When The Trustees Make Any Investment With The Fund, The Investment Must Be Made In Accordance With The Mississippi Uniform Prudent Investor Act; And For Related Purposes.

City of Oxford; expand investment options of reserve and trust fund and require investments be made using MS Uniform Prudent Investor Act.
