Summary
An Act To Amend Section 25-3-39, Mississippi Code Of 1972, To Provide That The State Superintendent Of Public Education, The Commissioner Of Higher Education And The Executive Director Of The Mississippi Community College Board Shall Not Receive A Salary, Whether Paid Directly Or Indirectly, That Is Greater Than One Hundred Fifty Percent Of The Salary Fixed For The Governor Of The State Of Mississippi; To Amend Sections 37-3-9, 37-101-7 And 37-4-3, Mississippi Code Of 1972, To Conform To The Preceding Section; And For Related Purposes.
