An Act To Amend Section 27-31-104, Mississippi Code Of 1972, To Authorize County Boards Of Supervisors And Municipal Authorities To Enter Into Fee-in-lieu Of Ad Valorem Taxes Agreements With Existing Enterprises That Have Done Business In The County Or Municipality For At Least Twenty-four Months For Projects Totaling Over $10,000,000.00; And For Related Purposes.
