Summary
An Act To Amend Section 27-65-111, Mississippi Code Of 1972, To Exempt From Sales Taxation Sales Of Tangible Personal Property To An Organization That Is Exempt From Federal Income Taxation Under Section 501(c)(3) Of The Internal Revenue Code With A Mission Of Supporting The Operation Or Improvement Of Any State Park In This State When Such Property Is For Use Solely For The Operation Or Improvement Of Such A Park; And For Related Purposes.
