An Act To Reenact Sections 19-5-303, 19-5-313, 19-5-319, 19-5-331 Through 19-5-341, 19-5-359 And 19-5-361, Mississippi Code Of 1972, Which Provide For An Emergency Telephone Service Charge, Create A Commercial Mobile Radio Service Board And Prescribe Its Powers And Duties, Provide For Collection Of Service Charges, Require Confidentiality Of Proprietary Information And Require The Commercial Mobile Radio Service To Provide Wireless Enhanced 911 Service; To Amend Section 19-5-371, Mississippi Code Of 1972, To Extend The Repealer On The Reenacted Sections From July 1, 2010, To July 1, 2013; And For Related Purposes.
