An Act To Amend Section 63-5-47, Mississippi Code Of 1972, To Authorize Vehicles Transporting Commodities To Or From Terminal Or Port Facilities On The Tombigbee River Or The Tennessee-tombigbee Waterway To Exceed The Total Weight And/or Size Limitations Specified By Law Upon Prior Approval Of The Mississippi Department Of Transportation; And For Related Purposes.
