An Act To Amend Section 57-1-303, Mississippi Code Of 1972, To Extend The Repealer On The Authority Of The Mississippi Development Authority To Use The Local Governments Capital Improvements Revolving Loan Fund For Certain Expenses; To Revise The Interest Ratio On Loans Made From Such Fund For Capital Improvements That Would Qualify For The Issuance Of Bonds Whose Interest Is Exempt From Taxation Under The Provisions Of The Internal Revenue Code; And For Related Purposes.
