Summary

An Act To Authorize The Issuance Of State General Obligation Bonds To Provide Funds To Assist In Paying The Costs Of Construction Of A Workforce Training Facility For An Industrial Site In The State; To Provide That Such A Facility Shall Be Located In An Area Of The State That Has Access To Multimodal Rail Transportation And New Highways, Close Proximity To Major Air Transportation And A Deficiency In A Trained Workforce; To Provide That The Mississippi Development Authority Shall Select The Location Of The Facility Based On Such Criteria And Where The Authority Determines Will Best Maximize The Industrial Opportunities Of The State; And For Related Purposes.
