An Act To Amend Section 27-7-5, Mississippi Code Of 1972, To Phase Out The State Income Tax; To Amend Section 27-55-11, Mississippi Code Of 1972, To Increase The Gasoline And Aviation Gasoline Excise Taxes; To Amend Sections 27-55-519 And 27-55-521, Mississippi Code Of 1972, To Increase The Special Fuel Excise Tax; To Amend Section 27-59-11, Mississippi Code Of 1972, To Increase The Compressed Gas, Compressed Natural Gas, Liquefied Natural Gas And Natural Gas Taxes; To Bring Forward Section 27-5-101, Mississippi Code Of 1972, Which Provides For The Distribution Of Fuel Taxes, For Purposes Of Possible Amendment; And For Related Purposes.
