An Act Making An Appropriation To The Board Of Supervisors Of Hinds County For Paying Costs Associated With Establishing A Mental And Behavioral Health Treatment Court Collaborative And/or A Mental Health Facility That Would Allow The Courts In Hinds County More Flexibility In Working With Other Judicial Components And Allow The Local Treatment And Recovery Providers To Better Address The Behavioral Health Needs Of Adults That Are Involved In The Criminal Justice System, For The Fiscal Year 2021.
