An Act To Authorize The Industrial Development Authority Of Marshall County, Mississippi, To Create The Springs Economic Development Area In Marshall County, Mississippi, And In The City Of Holly Springs, Mississippi; To Authorize The Industrial Development Authority Of Marshall County, Mississippi, To Develop Public And Private Partnerships To Facilitate The Economic Growth Of The Area By Providing Developed Sites For The Location And Construction Of Manufacturing Plants, Distribution Facilities, Research Facilities, Regional And National Offices With Supportive Services And Facilities; To Grant The Economic Development Authority Certain Powers And Duties Related Thereto; To Authorize The Authority To Issue Bonds In Amounts Necessary To Achieve The Purposes Of This Act; To Authorize The Authority To Make Temporary Borrowings And Issue Refunding Bonds; And For Related Purposes.
