Summary

An Act To Amend Chapter 912, Local And Private Laws Of 2013, To Authorize The Board Of Trustees Of The Coahoma County Reserve And Trust Fund To Delegate Certain Authority To Investment Advisors; To Provide That The Earnings Component Shall Be Composed Of A Percentage Of The Income Earned On The Corpus Component Of The Fund Instead Of A Percentage Of The Annual Interest Earned On The Corpus Component Of Such Fund; To Authorize The Trustees To Expend From The Corpus Component If The Earnings Component Is Insufficient To Pay For Certain Management Of The Trust Fund; To Authorize The Board Of Supervisors, Rather Than The Clerk Of The Board Of Supervisors, To Direct The Transfer Of The Earnings Component From The Fund To The General Fund Of The County; And For Related Purposes.
