An Act To Authorize The Issuance Of State General Obligation Bonds In The Amount Of $5,000,000.00 For The Ace Fund; To Authorize The Issuance Of General Obligation Bonds In The Amount Of $4,000,000.00 For The Mississippi Job Protection Act Fund; To Authorize The Issuance Of General Obligation Bonds In The Amount Of $2,000,000.00 For The Mississippi Rural Impact Fund; To Authorize The Issuance Of State General Obligation Bonds In The Amount Of $5,000,000.00 For The Mississippi Existing Industry Productivity Loan Fund; To Amend Section 57-61-25, Mississippi Code Of 1972, To Increase From $331,500,000.00 To $346,500,000.00, The Amount Of General Obligation Bonds That May Be Issued Under The Mississippi Business Investment Act; To Amend Section 57-61-36, Mississippi Code Of 1972, To Increase From $40,100,000.00 To $55,100,000.00, The Amount Of Bond Proceeds That The Mississippi Development Authority May Utilize Under The Mississippi Business Investment Act To Make Loans Or Grants To Counties And Municipalities Through An Equipment And Public Facilities Grant And Loan Fund To Aid In Infrastructure-related Improvements, The Purchase Of Equipment And In The Purchase, Construction Or Repair And Renovation Of Public Facilities; To Amend Section 65-4-25, Mississippi Code Of 1972, To Increase By $40,000,000.00 The Amount Of General Obligation Bonds Authorized To Be Issued Under The Economic Development Highway Act; To Amend Section 57-40-1, Mississippi Code Of 1972, To Revise The Definition Of The Term "project" As Used In The Energy Infrastructure Revolving Loan Program; To Amend Section 57-40-3, Mississippi Code Of 1972, To Provide That The Fund May Be Used To Assist Energy Providing Utility Companies And Cooperatives; To Amend Sections 57-40-5 And 57-40-7, Mississippi Code Of 1972, To Conform; To Authorize The Issuance Of State General Obligation Bonds For The Purpose Of Making Capital Improvements For State Institutions Of Higher Learning, State Agencies And Community And Junior Colleges; To Authorize The Issuance Of $9,000,000.00 Of State General Obligation Bonds To Provide Funds To Be Distributed Equally Among The Community And Junior College Districts; To Authorize The Issuance Of $5,000,000.00 Of State General Obligation Bonds To Provide Funds For The Small Municipalities And Limited Population Counties Fund; To Amend Section 57-1-18, Mississippi Code Of 1972, To Provide That A Portion Of The Proceeds Of Certain Bonds May Be Used By The Mississippi Development Authority To Reimburse Certain Costs Related To The Administration Of The Fund; To Authorize The Issuance Of $2,000,000.00 Of State General Obligation Bonds To Provide Funds For The Purpose Of Assisting Counties And Municipalities In Paying Costs Associated With The Repair Of Jails And Related Facilities For Damage Caused As A Result Of Any Disaster For Which The Governor Issued A Disaster Declaration; To Authorize The Issuance Of $20,000,000.00 In State General Obligation Bonds To Provide Funds For The Local System Bridge Replacement And Rehabilitation Fund; And For Related Purposes.
