An Act To Amend Chapter 958, Local And Private Laws Of 2016, To Extend The Date Of Repeal From July 1, 2020, To July 1, 2024, On The Provision Of Law That Authorizes The Board Of Supervisors Of Wayne County, Mississippi, To Levy An Assessment, In Addition To Any Other Assessments And Court Costs, For Civil Cases Filed And Misdemeanor Convictions In Its Justice Court To Be Used To Fund The Construction, Operation And Maintenance Of A New County Office Building To Be Known As The "wayne County Justice Complex,"; And For Related Purposes.
