Summary
An Act To Amend Section 27-7-17, Mississippi Code Of 1972, To Authorize An Individual Nonbusiness Deduction Under The State Income Tax Law For State Income Taxes Paid; To Provide That The Amount Of State Income Taxes Paid Is Allowable As An Individual Nonbusiness Deduction Under The State Income Tax Law Without Regard To Any Limitation On The Amount Allowable For Federal Income Tax Purposes; And For Related Purposes.
