Summary
An Act To Amend Section 31-7-13, Mississippi Code Of 1972, To Revise The Public Purchasing Law To Provide That A Printed Cost With A Description Of An Item "in Cart" Shall Be Included In The Definition Of "competitive Written Bid" For Those Purchases Over $5,000.00 But Less Than $75,000.00; To Provide That The Requirement That A Reverse Auction Shall Be The Primary Method Of Bidding Shall Not Apply To Individual Public Schools, Including Public Charter Schools And Public School Districts; And For Related Purposes.
