Summary

An Act To Amend Section 37-63-11, Mississippi Code Of 1972, To Provide That After Fiscal Year 2021, The Legislature Shall Not Appropriate Any State General Funds To The Authority For Educational Television; To State The Intention Of The Legislature That The Amount Of State General Funds Previously Appropriated To The Authority Shall Be Used To Provide Additional Funds For The Mississippi National Guard; To Provide That Beginning With Fiscal Year 2022, The Legislature Shall Appropriate An Additional $4,000,000.00 From The State General Fund Each Fiscal Year To The Mississippi National Guard; And For Related Purposes.
