An Act To Amend Section 25-9-120, Mississippi Code Of 1972, To Provide That The Personal Service Contract Review Board Shall Require That All Personal And Professional Services Contracts Involving Expenditures Of Funds In Excess Of $10,000.00 Be Submitted To The Personal Service Contract Review Board, Which Shall Post Those Contracts On The Website Of The State Personnel Board; And For Related Purposes.
