Summary
An Act To Establish The Office Of Shared Services (oss) Within The Department Of Finance And Administration To Operate As The Central Business Office For Select Agencies And To Provide Shared Services To Those Select Agencies; To Provide That The Oss Authority Includes Certain Administrative Functions Of The Select Agencies; To Provide That The Oss Shall Establish A Fee Structure That Will Allow It To Recover The Direct And Indirect Costs Of Providing Shared Services, Which Will Be Paid By The Select Agencies Receiving The Services; To Provide That The Department Shall Make A Report To Certain Legislative Committees During The 2020 Legislative Session Regarding The Oss; To Specify The Agencies That Will Be Subject To The Authority Of The Oss; To Amend Sections 27-104-3 And 27-104-203, Mississippi Code Of 1972, To Conform To The Preceding Provisions; And For Related Purposes.
