Summary
An Act To Amend Section 43-21-605, Mississippi Code Of 1972, To Provide That If The Youth Court Places A Child In The State-supported Training School, The Court Shall Require Certain Behavioral Evaluations Be Performed On The Youth; To Provide That Before Any Medication Is Prescribed, Based On Such Evaluations, The Youth Shall Receive A Second Independent Medical Opinion; And For Related Purposes.
