An Act To Amend Section 43-13-117, Mississippi Code Of 1972, To Provide That Medicaid Reimbursement For Services Provided By A Licensed Critical Access Hospital Shall Be At 101% Of Reasonable Cost; To Extend The Date Of The Repealer On The Section; To Bring Forward Section 41-9-209, Mississippi Code Of 1972, Relating To Designation Of A Hospital As A Critical Access Hospital; And For Related Purposes.
