An Act To Amend Section 25-61-9, Mississippi Code Of 1972, To Revise The Timeline For Public Bodies To Release Records That Contain Trade Secrets Or Confidential Commercial Or Financial Information Upon Request Once The Third Parties Have Been Notified Of The Request; To Require A Third Party Seeking A Court Order Protecting Records To Notify The Party Requesting The Records Of The Date Of The Hearing Set To Determine Whether The Records Contains Trade Secrets Or Confidential Commercial Or Financial Information; To Bring Forward Sections 25-61-5, 75-26-5 And 75-26-11, Mississippi Code Of 1972, For The Purpose Of Possible Amendment; And For Related Purposes.
