An Act To Direct The State Department Of Mental Health To Convert 500 Beds At Intellectual/developmental Disabilities Facilities Of The Department That Are Not Being Used For Providing Services To Those Persons So That Those Beds May Be Used To Provide Alcohol And Drug Use Prevention And Treatment Services; And For Related Purposes.
