An Act To Amend Section 67-1-5, Mississippi Code Of 1972, To Revise The Definition Of The Term "hotel" Under The Local Option Alcoholic Beverage Control Law To Delete The Requirement That A Hotel With Less Than Fifty Beds Must Operate One Or More Regular Dining Rooms Designed To Be Constantly Frequented By Customers Each Day; And For Related Purposes.
