An Act To Amend Section 43-1-23, Mississippi Code Of 1972, To Require The Director Of The Fraud Investigation Unit Of The Department Of Human Services And Each Investigator Of The Unit To Be A Law Enforcement Officer, Part-time Law Enforcement Officer Or Law Enforcement Trainee; To Expand The Duties Of The Unit To Include Investigations To Aid The Department In The Prevention Of Fraud Or Abuse Of Any Program Of The Department; And For Related Purposes.
