An Act To Repeal Section 65-3-38.1, Mississippi Code Of 1972, Which Requires A 10-year Period After Leaving Office Before Naming A Highway, Road, Street Or Bridge After An Elected Official And Requires A Resolution Adopted By The Local Governing Body Before The Legislature May Enact Legislation Naming Any Highway, Road, Street Or Bridge On The Designated State Highway System After Any Person; And For Related Purposes.
