An Act To Authorize The State Board Of Education, Acting On The Recommendation Of The Mississippi Recovery School District, To Consolidate Two Or More Failing School Districts Into A Regional Super School District; To Establish The Procedure To Be Followed To Effectuate Such A Consolidation; To Bring Forward Section 37-17-6, Mississippi Code Of 1972, Which Establishes The Mississippi Recovery School District To Provide Oversight Of All School Districts Under Conservatorship, For Purposes Of Possible Amendment; And For Related Purposes.
