Summary
An Act To Amend Sections 63-1-224, 63-11-5 And 63-11-11, Mississippi Code Of 1972, To Provide That Chemical Test Under The Implied Consent Law Can Be Of A Person's Breath, Blood Or Urine; To Provide That If A Test Of Blood Or Urine Is Administered, The Person Shall Be Transported To A Hospital For The Test; And For Related Purposes.
